Important Notice
A service visit fee of $89.00 plus tax applies for all on-site inspections and service calls. This fee covers the technician's time to diagnose your issue and provide an accurate quote.
What "Free Estimate" Really Means
When we say "free estimate," we mean that if you choose to proceed with the repair or service we recommend, the $89 diagnostic fee is credited toward your total cost. You essentially pay for the diagnosis only if you decline service.
What's Included in Your Service Visit
- Professional on-site inspection
- Accurate diagnosis of the problem
- Written estimate with itemized costs
- Expert recommendations and options
- No pressure to proceed
What's Not Included
The following situations are not eligible for free or discounted service calls:
- • Commercial properties and businesses
- • After-hours service (before 8AM or after 6PM)
- • Weekend appointments
- • Locations outside our standard service area
- • Emergency calls requiring immediate response
For services in extended areas, after-hours, and emergency assistance, a minimum fee of $289 plus tax will be charged in advance and added to the final invoice.

Warranty Exclusions
Photo eyes/safety sensors, remotes, batteries, and other accessories are not covered under any warranty. D&L Garage Doors is not liable for any misalignments and/or misuse that may occur—these are the user's responsibility.
